FAIR USAGE POLICY
To help you get the most value from our services, we offer unlimited revisions. However, this includes up to 30 total revisions per project. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.
Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee
Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both the Client and Ecom Growth Pilots. The terms below will apply in the event of a cancellation, unless we terminate the agreement due to breach of contract or non-performance.
Note: Ecom Growth Pilots operates under our parent company, Design Vortax Ltd.
General Refund Policy
If you have any issues, we strongly encourage you to share your concerns with us. We’re committed to working toward a fair resolution, including offering a refund where appropriate.
Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you may receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. Refunds will not be available if within that time:
- You’ve received a product research report
- Brand name suggestions or logo concepts have been shared
- Revision requests have been submitted
Refunds due to a change of mind after this window will not be accepted.
Pre-delivery Refund
If you request a refund before any deliverables are shared (such as research, branding, or design work), you may receive a full refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
Post-delivery Refund
If your request comes after receiving deliverables but before your store goes live or marketing begins, you may receive a 50% refund, minus the 10% service fee.
If your store is live but marketing hasn’t begun, you may be eligible to receive a refund of your 3-month marketing budget, subject to deduction of the 10% processing fee, based on your investment amount.
No Refund
Refund requests will not be considered under the following circumstances:
- More than 120 hours (5 days) have passed since your initial delivery
- Your order has been inactive for 30 days or more with no client input
- Your store has gone live on Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart
- Marketing activities have started or your marketing calendar has been approved
Custom Packages
If you’ve purchased a custom package, refunds will be considered on individual components.
Example: If you approve a video but not the associated marketing, a refund can be issued for the marketing only.
Valid Grounds for Refund
To qualify for a refund, you must provide a valid reason that aligns with the original project brief and your submitted feedback. If the work meets the agreed scope, a refund will not be issued, though we will continue to offer revisions to ensure satisfaction.
Good Faith Clause
Refunds are only issued for orders placed in good faith. If you’ve submitted the same task to multiple providers to secure a refund, your request will be denied.
Client Feedback Requirement
Client feedback is essential throughout the process. If you do not actively participate, we cannot guarantee results or issue refunds due to lack of communication.
Unique Content Policy
We guarantee 100% original content. If our work unintentionally resembles existing content, we’ll provide alternative concepts. However, Ecom Growth Pilots is not liable for similarities and the client is responsible for seeking copyrights.
Specific Service Refund Policies
Amazon / Shopify / Walmart: No refunds will be issued once your store or seller account is active.
Marketing: Once the marketing plan has been shared or revised, the project becomes non-refundable.
Final Approval: When you confirm final approval, we consider the project complete and refunds are no longer possible.

We’ll first attempt to resolve your issue through our revision policy. If that isn’t successful, our billing department will notify you with a refund decision.
Note: Once a refund is processed, Ecom Growth Pilots will retain full ownership of any content delivered, and you will no longer have rights to use or publish it.
